Kathleen Grace Fitness

My name is Kathleen Grace MacPhee, and I’m the founder and lead instructor of Kathleen Grace Fitness.

I’ve been working full-time in the fitness industry since 2010, and over 13,000 women have gone through my programs. What started with in-person studio classes and one-on-one training has grown into an online fitness platform supporting women across Canada and beyond.

I began my career with a Comprehensive STOTT Pilates & Reformer certification, and over the years I’ve continued to expand my education to better serve women at different stages of life. My certifications include Personal Training, Barre, Tabata, TRX, Barre Box, ZenGa (fascial fitness), and Injured & Special Populations, along with ongoing continuing education in movement, strength training, and women’s health.

Today, I combine that experience to create structured, at-home workouts that are efficient, enjoyable, and realistic for busy lives.

As a mom of four, I know firsthand how hard it can be to find the time, energy, and motivation to exercise. I also know how powerful consistent movement can be for both your body and your mind. That’s why my programs focus on short, effective classes that help you build strength, feel energized, and stay committed – even when life is full.

My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported in your fitness journey. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d love to guide you through your workouts.
