Kathleen Grace Fitness

If you lack motivation, energy, or accountability this season, my workouts are FOR YOU! My at home workouts will help you gain strength, get motivated, and feel great physically and mentally! 

My name is Kathleen Grace MacPhee from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I love being able to help women become stronger and more confident through exercise. 

My program offers online Pilates, strength, barre classes, and more.

I’m a certified Pilates, Reformer and Barre instructor. I have additional certifications with Injured and Special Populations, ZenGa (fascial fitness), Tabata, and pre & postnatal fitness. 

I have been working in the fitness industry full time since 2010, helping clients both with teaching group classes, and one on one training.  Since the pandemic, I started moving online with my small business. 

As a mom of 4 young kids, I know all too well the struggle of finding time and motivation to exercise.  But I also know the importance of physical activity both for your body and mind… So that’s why I’ve created these at home workouts! Short, fun classes are key, and the programs have been designed to help keep you committed. 

My goal is to help you to feel energized, have fun and increase your physical and mental wellness. I am so excited to guide you through these workouts!
