Strength matters.
Training should help you feel more capable in everyday life, not just more tired at the end of a workout.
I'm Kathleen Grace MacPhee, founder and lead instructor at KGF. I've worked full-time in fitness since 2010, and today I coach women at home with short, effective classes built around strength, consistency and feeling capable in your body.

The delivery has changed. The goal has not: make good coaching practical enough that women can actually keep doing it.

I started in studios and one-on-one training, building my foundation in Pilates and teaching group classes.
Kathleen Grace Fitness launched online with a small founding group on PEI and grew around one simple format: realistic workouts women could do at home.
More than 16,000 women have gone through KGF programs, with challenges, SILVER membership and hundreds of classes available online.
KGF is not built around perfect weeks, punishment workouts or shrinking your body. It is built around training you can return to.
Training should help you feel more capable in everyday life, not just more tired at the end of a workout.
Most classes are 30 minutes or less because a plan only works when it can coexist with the rest of your life.
Weights, range and pace can change. A modification is not a lesser workout - it is a way to keep training appropriately.
KGF focuses on strength, consistency, energy and what your body can do rather than weight loss.
I began with Comprehensive STOTT Pilates & Reformer training and have continued adding education that helps me coach women through different stages of life. My certifications and training include:
